I’m Ruby, a trained athlete my entire life, I started pitching competitive softball at the age of 8, I’m self taught in weight lifting and then trained alongside bodybuilders. Now I’m flipping those skills on their head, using the same mechanics I once used to build muscle but instead targeted at tension.
